@Agypse Gos I would think that the next *big* earthquake in your area is more of a concern than North Korea.

There is a building boom on the Peninsular now.It would be interesting to know what kind of impact that Tornado Alley in the Midwest, or the Earthquake area in California had on the Insurance Kitty as compared to the coastal areas. 

I am always concerned about earthquakes in CA.

After the large earthquake we Had in Christchurch NZ we had shortage of houses for 2-3 years.
