From what I have read, it is not legal (at least in TX) for an owner to charge rent from two different tenants on the property at any given point.Please advise.Xian

Currently I charge rent and a $100/month utility fee.

(I had my last phone for over two years & it wouldn't stay on for longer than 20-30 mins unless it was on the charger lol.)I've put a short ad on my business FB page and on Instagram. 

Don't bother with battery powered tools (except for drill/impact set) as in a few years time you won't be able to replace your now-outdated batteries and chargers, whereas quality chorded tools will work fine for decades without having to worry.
