Buy "antique white" paint by the barrel.Like the faucets -- new is good, especially if the old ones are objectively ugly (you know what I mean!)

Maybe it's different if you are selling immediately and don't care if the re-glazing starts to lose it's looks after 2-3 years.The only time I would consider re-glazing would be if the tub was a genuine antique clawfoot, or something really special and expensive.Re-glazing has to be card for, and the thought that tenants would take special care of a bathtub makes me laugh.

The property is full of belongings which are outdated but in nice condition, maybe some antiques - not sure.The executors will not have final approval to sell the property until the beginning of May and there's a possibility there'll be new people involved in the decisions making added at that time.

Just wrote a check for over $1000 to buff and recoat 1550 sq. ft. of lovely antique heart of pine flooring that a tenant confined too much.I have a Dalmatian and she weighs in at 60 pounds and she lives on refinished wood floors.

I typically use an off white/antique white color for the doors and trim which to me is easy to touch up paint in between tenants or if it starts to show blemishes.

I'm not sure what was used last time aside from the color, antique white, which is pretty standard.It cost $500 if I remember right and it would add up.
