I am re-disputing it because while American Express was in my favor they said that 'stripe' the payment processor was not and Brian also was not willing to refund me, so they asked me to re-write my case so they can have a closer look.

I know it's a small difference but if you call banks about HELOCs they may transfer you to their residential side not knowing any difference and then that side may not know that the commercial division will write them....so just ask for Lines of Credit when talking about investment properties.

If a tenant trashed it, I wouldn't write it off just because the carpet is 30 years old.
