Many areas have much of this online. do some web searching  or ask around for some of these sites at your local networking groups.

I understand why you did it, but from an investment standpoint, it doesn't make any sense.I don't know your market, but gambling that the property value will increase faster than what you bleed every month is highly speculative and very dangerous unless you have a LOT of disposable income that you don't mind disposing of if your gamble doesn't pay off.Check your lease, can you break it if the property is sold?  

I would only use platform-agnostic, ie, web-based apps.

Do you all do a questionnaire handout or have web pages for your REIAs? 

I can not find any information  about your company other that a home made Web site which lists no properties.

The only thing that may be different is the price.Just about all the info you need can be found here in Biggerpockets, but there are some web based guru's that do have some really good training in a well planned curriculum along with some handholding mentoring programs.

Yes while I am not yet indoctrinated as a real estate investor perse (still looking for a deal in multifamily apartments); I went and applied for my employer identification number (EIN) on the IRS web site.
