This is in addition to an umbrella policy.

@Tomer Shani If you are worried about liability, why not just purchase insurance with a high liability coverage, or get an umbrella policy to increase your liability. 

Maybe nowhere on the Internet are there more views and opinions on this topic than  bp...there is also a large group that goes with landlord policy and an umbrella for encumbered residential rentals, too....best of luck..

A good umbrella insurance policy can sometimes accomplish the same goals.

Many who own in their own name purchase an umbrella policy to protect against liability. 

An owner/broker would have to be missing a few screws to consider allowing an agent to run a property management business under their umbrella. 

I would suggest a million dollars for the liability coverage, that the owner of the home pays for, and another million in umbrella insurance that you pay for. 

Their proper use is incredibly complicated, and it would be nearly impossible for me to properly explain it, let alone specifically to your need.Also, talk to your insurance agent about umbrella liability policies and options.
