Normally each tenant would pay the cable company $40/mo for cable tv.

. ;)  I've been investing in Medellin since 2015, believe it or not I actually have a remodeling show on local TV here called Vida en Remodelacion (check it out on instagram)...very few people have more boots on the ground experience. 

Just yesterday I found myself watching TV while folding laundry and feeling guilty about not watching a Youtube video on real estate investment!!

[side rant] - I'm also of the opinion though that if you don't at least try it on your own then you'll never have an appreciation for how convoluted our tax code is and you end up believing the hype that certain TV Celebrities turned Politicians cheat on their taxes which leads to bad decisions in the voting booth (not to get all political or anything).I do appreciate your feedback and suggestions though and I hope there's no offense.

This style of slate has a lot of iridescence.Cable TV + highest speed internet in your area, board games, outdoor games (big fans of Goodminton over here!) 

Some companies also run TV and Radio ads.You can search real estate transactions in your tax database.

A couple youtube channels I have found useful:Dave LevineBenjamin CowenAdam MeisterMitch Ray ( trading analysis )It is quite the large endless rabbit hole still and I left out the rich dad, mark cuban and kevin oleary TV types but they are down for the btc too now. 

If canceling your cable is a problem, sell your TV.
