@Jay Hinrichs I think dude was mad at you because here we are having a discussion about the debate and stress over buying a 15k minivan and then you chime in with the trials and tribulations of buying a 400k AIRPLANE with a mere 2400/mo payment (more than many people earn a month working) hahaha. 

Granted, we all still lived in thatched roof houses in those days and there were few people to learn from, and I had to learn a lot of it "trial and error" but things have changed.

But I did note some variations across markets and geographies and to summarize ---if all the other like units in your area have them, you should, too.But even if the norm is to supply none in your area and price range, also consider wear and tear if they move this in and out every single turn over, and your tenant pool (will they have these in their sedan?)... 

sure...good point on fifty states, seen all fifty here plus some countries....so the variations by state are real and meaningful, so have to think about those....i find the uniform rules, even if passed, begin to morph through judicial decisions in each state anyway..

Anyway, you can do a free trial, take the jpegs from 99 designs, and have complete strangers vote on which is best.
