Good luck, it is tough to find any contractors right now that aren’t booked months in advance. 

Lease will expire in less than 30 days after you buy it so once you buy it you inform then the lease will not be renewed  Assuming you have the Sec. 8 contact info you inform the Sec. 8 office/worker of the same info. 

It was tough finding contractors as many had booked schedules and could not commit to the project in the timeline I was looking for.

This is a tough one.

It was tough to get on their calendar and even when we did, we had to deal with no-shows.

I would post them here, but they're both semi-retired and might not want their info out in a public forum.Finding good handymen is tough, but once you've got your guy you'll sleep a whole lot better at night.

These are the C areas and worse, working class, tenants who will never be able to own property, etc.Those areas can have the best returns because the demand is consistent but they have a stigma as "tough" areas (for good reason!)

Is the market so tough that even wholesalers are having a hard time finding deals?
