Lease will expire in less than 30 days after you buy it so once you buy it you inform then the lease will not be renewed  Assuming you have the Sec. 8 contact info you inform the Sec. 8 office/worker of the same info.

These are the C areas and worse, working class, tenants who will never be able to own property, etc.Those areas can have the best returns because the demand is consistent but they have a stigma as "tough" areas (for good reason!)
