Agreed.This whole issue stems from the fact that my PM and I thought it was being covered by the POA, so we were both surprised when I got billed, and even more surprised to be told that permission was given by PM.

I wouldn't use it as the final arbiter but it's a free, convenient and useful tool.

I would not be that surprised it they had someone that does annual checks to make sure the property is owner occupied (knock on the door, check phone listings,etc)
