Just got to be realistic and it’ll make you life easier if you have extra cash on the side to cover those things without a lot of stress.

It's too stressful.

I started a business five years ago a block away from the building I’m trying to purchase now, and it took double the money and double the time I had budgeted for and this was extremely stressful, so I’m trying to stay focused on the possible issues that would take us off track.

I am definitely intrigued with the idea of "running stress tests and scenario tests". 

You are just putting unnecessary stress on yourself.

Yes we were at a bad spot with the business stress messing with are marriage.

I wouldn't stress too much.

The one's that don't succeed, bought into a bunch of get rich quick, easy button, b.s., and never really worked hard enough to have a chance.
