Drug stores or large gas stations generally pay the most money.

I'll say any multi about ~1 to 1.5 mile from downtown is rough...Bridge St(# streets of bridge) Broadway st(cork st, fletcher st, cross st) Lawrence st( up until fire station) Pine st & school.

RI is intolerant of lack of fire safety after the station night club fire and has passed a number of fire safety ordinances since that time.

If there was no regulation of land use, I could tear down my house and put up a gas station.

The base is massive, with an active duty station of some 50,000+ servicemen.
