No one will sell you a general liability policy for less than 10 times the insurance a PA contractor needs, so...As you can see, pretty much the whole Pennsylvania GC registration licensing system is all smoke and mirrors designed to give the public a cheap illusion of confidence in an army of bumbling handymen and to keep a second army of insurance industry lobbyists fat and happy.It's a bit different if you want an electrician's license for the city, and plumbing licenses, yeah, they're the real deal.There is absolutely no conflict between being a PA-registered or Pittsburgh-licensed GC and having a real estate license.

I spend a little time answering the typical Airbnb and VRBO requests, then programming my electronic door lock, and making sure cleaners are coming the days they are scheduled for turn overs.I truly want to make this passive, as I am in the Army and I could leave and not have access to my phone. additionally, the long term goal is to make this completely passive so I can travel when I retire.I know there is a cohost feature on Airbnb, and you can hire a company if they are in your area, but I am curious about virtual assistants.

This way there are extra funds in case of delays or needed architects plans or city mandated extra work like Wired smoke detectors or running a camera through the drain to the street that was not in the budget or time schedule.
