If you have a third party managing / overseeing construction, CapEx improvements, larger repairs, etc. what is the fee (%?)

Has anyone here borrowed EMD using these services?

I've used several title companies but the best so far has been Albatross Title Services out of St.

I'm looking for one that isn't tax return based and strictly DSCR based HELOCS  Not a HELOC, but you could do a debt service-based closed end second.

We’d complete repairs by re-concretingaround the lid of the pit in that garage floor.

Also, dry everything out in the basement but I wouldn't make any repairs until you get this sorted out... and depending on the extent of the damage, don't let the restoration company do the repairs without getting some other bids.

Both are in good condition and should be serviceable for plenty of years to come.Yes, 7% is legit.  

Also would come with the stress of a loan, and debt servicing.

I have a reliable handyman who takes care of most of my repairs.
