If it were mine, and a Class B area,I would think about bringing the outside inside to make the spaces feel bigger.Sliding glass doors replacing the windows.With an uncovered deck or paver patio with a charcoal BBQ area.I would rather wake up in the morning and walk into kitchen number 1 vs kitchen 2.It seems to feel much bigger and more relaxed to me, and I think a renter might consider this a positive too.Possibly bringing a little more each month, or someone who wants to stay longer--but of course spending money on things like that is always a gamble.Good Luck!

Once you have your Associate degree, you can transfer to an online 4 year institution or dive into re full force.This^^^ Investors always neglect to gather that construction experience and that is what can really set you apart.You are only 18 and you sound in a bit of a rush....relax and slow down.
