After joining some other forums that primarily promoted guru after guru it was refreshing to find BP.

Even with apps like Yelp, most of these aren't promoted enough to gain wide recognition. 

I think you can still find him on YouTube or his podcast, Good Deeds Note Investing.There is one (nameless but here in Texas) as well as several more that promote note investing training widely in social media, but have not-so-good reputations,  so do your due diligence, even as simple as Googling the name or searching here on BP before making a commitment.

Tax sale is highly competitive with much more risk and work than those promoting it would imply.

You can get it sold quicker with the proper promotion (much more than just popping it out on the MLS) that a good realtor can bring and for often more money.  

What I have begun to look at is who is writing/promoting the article and what is their end game.
