As a real estate agent, I think it would be a good idea to run at least a preliminary analysis on as many multifamily properties found in the MLS in my target area (greater Buffalo NY area).

Are there any investors here that have any sources or links that I could use to investigate this further?

As such, we've been holding off from selling our house, searching for multifamily units, investigating loan options, etc. until my wife finds a new job and we know where we will be living.

I signed Occupancy Certificate too and it stated Occupancy Fraud is investigated and it's punishable 1.000.000 $ fine and even jail time which freaked me out.

A good Property Manager will at least investigate and send the Pest Control Company that the association uses.
