The plumbing is in tact but needs to be connected from the wall to the sink, showers on each unit.There is a spot on the outside where the siding needs to be replaced and filled and goes up the 3 stories.

I just looked at the 3bed /1 bath mobile home for $1000, it was in awful condition.Carpet pulled up, now plumbing fixtures(they were taken out), no water heater, busted main pipe going to the kitchen, half the light fixtures are missing, and the roof had leaks all over the place, no appliances, only plus part was that non of the windows were broken.

In the HUD inspection report it said plumbing system and sewer system are tested with air compressor and would not hold 40 psi.

All electric rewired in base, (ties into old going up) breakers installed in 2nd unit, wireless smoke det, water tank '10, plumbing '08 (copper with galv) carpet '08, most major work done, quite a few of little things need work, owner is doing that now.Taxes $2500Ins ?
