You get beautiful original wood interiors... and lead.There are few homeowners, the homeowners who are there can't afford to make changes (we talk about the low interest city loans, but honestly, they're a pain in the butt to get.)

If a tenant of real estate shall give notice of his intention to quit the premises by him held at a time specified in such notice, and shall not deliver up the possession of such real estate at the time specified in the notice, such tenant, his executors or administrators, shall, from such time, pay to his landlord or lessor, his heirs or assigns, double the rent which he should otherwise have paid, to be levied, sued for and recovered at the same times and in the same manner as the single rent before the giving of such notice could be levied, sued for and recovered.

Let me know if you have had any dealing with this individual, private regarding loans for my property.FIrst of all I want you to know that I am not making any comparison to any pass associations I have had with other private lenders, but I can't ignore that I am in the "I am scared to death to proceed with this transaction simply because I am still suffering from the painful BITES I received from the other lender" I was dealing with before you contacted me.

My answer is I don’t allow pets at all and so I don’t get hit with a  discrimination case I technically allow animals but make it painful to the pocket book.

We considered doing a suite in the garage when we built it this past fall, but ultimately decided against it as it would be a pain in the butt to hook it up to the septic tanks and field (on the opposite side of the house) and bring in water.
