You get beautiful original wood interiors... and lead.There are few homeowners, the homeowners who are there can't afford to make changes (we talk about the low interest city loans, but honestly, they're a pain in the butt to get.)

My answer is I don’t allow pets at all and so I don’t get hit with a  discrimination case I technically allow animals but make it painful to the pocket book.  

Dealing with next of kin can be a pain but you'll get through it.If peace and choices are what you seek, flips and student rentals contradict both. 

The only way this stops is by making it WAY more painful for them to do this crap then what they get out of it.

Again, getting paid $500/mo to live rent free and essentially run a hostel is probably way too much of a pain for most people, but I'm ok with this.

We considered doing a suite in the garage when we built it this past fall, but ultimately decided against it as it would be a pain in the butt to hook it up to the septic tanks and field (on the opposite side of the house) and bring in water.
