And then never underestimate human greed and human stupidity, mainly in the form of short term gain causing long term pain.

This is just one aspect of predatory lending.Investors or real estate dealers become more involved when they deal with consumers.

I also think that many of these debates take away from the site as human nature is to put up an offensive and defensive front.

Let's hope that complaints like this will be taken more seriously and automated systems will be replaced by humans systems as they should be.
