So i began my journey by reading Rich Dad Poor Dad and Cash Flow Quadrant to try and get a grasp as to my path forward.

There is the RICH Club (Realty Investment Club of Houston), Lifestyles Unlimited, Liberty REIA, The Wealth Club and others.

I'm new to the East Coast so I might be a bit behind on my area knowledge and I have no idea how to find deals, but nonetheless I'm committed to starting this year.Thanks everyone for sharing so much useful information without all the pitchy get-rich-quick nonesense that seems to plague this business.

If they can put food on the table because they skipped their mortgage payments, then I vote their family doesn't starve.

I have no investing experience but from an article I read here and from recently reading Rich Dad Poor Dad i have concluded that real estate and stocks is the way to go to acquire money producing assets.

I've seen the same thing in many friends who are perpetually longing for something better, yet refuse to make any move out of their cubicles out of fear.I'm actually looking for someone to teach a "Millionaire Mindset" type class for the RICH club.
