They tried but they fall short on execution. for people that dont have anything better or are starting out it is a good way to go, but if you are established there are better products like REIPro.

If you dont plan to carry through dont even start.Building a real buyers list wont happen until you have established a great deal of trust with your local buyers.

although it goes against logic, the high commission is because of the high demand. the same situation exists in Boston, agents have to know their commission will be worth the amount of work they invest with a client. and like new york, with a majority of buyers being wealthy you can establish a high going-rate because you won't lose business. sorry if I didn't explain that all to well, hope that helps!

I'm not sure what type of contract was used by the wholesaler who is being boiled, but it really doesn't matter as the wholesaler is lacking in several different areas of contracting and establishing an equitable interest.1 Lack of consideration to establish a financially measurable equitable interest, an equitable interest must have a value that is significant to the value of property.2.
