Are there any apps that provide landlords and tenants to have a direct line of mass and individual communication?

We do a complete house inspection and anything that is old, not efficient or broken, we request a credit and use those funds for repairs.

My feeling is that a lot of companies are going to think more critically about embracing employees working from home, both from the ability to reduce overhead in rent/lease costs, but also because employees are going to become more efficient doing such. 

Any insight will be helpful as I want to communicate this to them today or tomorrow.

They all seem very appreciative of this.If a tenant fails to communicate, hides from me, abandons the property, or otherwise tries to avoid working with us, then I'll follow my normal procedures, as much as the law allows.

I'm the boots on the ground, I find and structured the deals, walk the properties, write up the offers and communicate with our agent, my money partner and I split 50/50.
