The helper apparently was pissed at my maintenance guy about something and he unbolted the toilet and put approximately 2 bags down the drain directly.....we had to cut out a lot of drain line to fix that one.

@Steve Vaughan and on the flip side minority partners for the major partners are a pain as well and very risky. the worse dust ups I have ever gotten into is when like a bonehead I gave what should have been staff a small ownership interest in the company... that is something I would never do again.. they can wreak havoc and don't really have an interest.. this person at least is putting in real cash.. in an LLC with spelled out operating agreement you can't really just vote to not pay someone..

@Grant Francke This seems like a situation where the previous landlord ignored these tenants and now you are left holding the bag of hurt feelings these tenants have.Little things like defined office hours, communicating via email only within office hours, if the issue isn't urgent waiting 24 hours to respond these things help train tenants to know you are not available at their beck and call.
