Most of these are unused (with wrappers off because they had become worn and dirty), but unfortunately, unbeknownst to me, a couple of used ones had made their way into the bowls, complete with the dreaded human hair.

Somewhat similar of a job, demo of a few walls on first floor, re finishing the hardwoods, updating kitchen (ceramic tile flooring and cabinets)and bath(Vinyl flooring), little bit of work on front siding, finishing a basement, dry wall anywhere it's needed included, and removing a back enclosure.

The following weekend I closed the opening and thought "Cool, problem fixed"...Well one morning I noticed that something had made a mess in my kitchen and there was a banana clawed and eaten.The sink base cabinet was slightly open and upon further review there is missing dry wall underneath the back side of the sink that creates an entry way to my unit.I blocked this sink base cabinet so it won't open but I know this is still a temporary fix...what should I do?

I know hair on fire.. but AC water heater etc etc all goes in day before or right before section 8 inspection.then if its really bad you need to pay someone to stay there until tenant moves in.But petty theft in these areas is common and will never stop.. many times a home that is vacant for more than 48 hours will get totally stripped and many times its the neighbors.

I bought my primary in L.A in 2010 , but there were still good deals until about 2013 or so...but then it seemed the REOs dried up around then..
