As a Landlord or property manager, is it okay to approve a repair crew to enter another unit and cut through that unit’s wall to fix a leak in the adjacent unit’s leaking pipe?

For context, last week LendingHome tacked on a 4,000 service fee (which on a 100k loan is an additional 4 points on top of the 1-2 points you'd pay), an additional 1.5% on top of the rate you were paying, maxed rehabs at 70k, and cut loan sizes.Today they knocked the 4,000 service fee down to 1k.

If 25% of the tenants don't pay rent, that's a 25% cut in pay even though I'm working harder and still have all the expenses.

You can always fire them but you might not be able to prevent them from taking a cut of this deal.

Now, I feel I have learned to be slightly handy and very recently reached out to a flipper who is working on a condo and just had a nice full day of laying down laminate (will probably buy good kneepads as pillows just didn't cut it)I am currently in Connecticut, The New Haven area to be more precise.

@Darrell Wallace, this article in Accounting Today references "Correcting an error in the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act that prevented qualified improvement property from qualifying for 100 percent bonus depreciation."
