Loan terms are going to vary, based on the asset, your liquidity, net worth.We've got three deals currently under contract with a credit union, 25 yr am, 6.75% rate, 2 years I/O, 5 yr term.

My current home was a duplex at one time and I was planning to keep it and rent it as one.

Of my 21 positions, currently 3 of them are late (90+ days, 60+ days, and 60+ days). 

I'm actually looking more toward central/south jersey and I currently work near cranbury NJ.

This isn't a current tenant, but a prior tenant of someone I help.

I am doing a job in Shaker Heights OH for which I currently have 150% of budget in escrow with the town housing dpt.I can only get the funds released once violations are rectified.
