I have someone who I want to pitch to be a private investor and fund a flip from start to finish.Wondering if anyone has experience doing this and would like to offer some advice.Also looking for any recommendations as far as how to ideally structure the funding for the deal.Thank you

Where do these start, and where do they end? 

In my case, I have residential rentals in one LLC, commercial properties in another, self storage in a third, and my real estate company operates in a fourth.

Hi all,I'm new to BP and am trying to start investing in more than SFH one-off rentals. 

My goal is to scale my flipping business to 10+ homes a year and I'm starting to wonder how viable that is in my area.

Same here, when starting out, figuring out how to build something sustainable.

And maybe look at doing a consolidation exchange to use all of that equity to  buy something larger where you can start to get economies of scale.

I bought my first property about a year ago and it's time for me to start renting it out on AirBnb part time.
