Like a lot of people, Rich Dad Poor Dad showed me I didn't have stay in the rat race.What product can you sell that everyone needs, doesn't ever go out of style, banks will like to loan you money on, the government allows depreciation write offs against your income, the buyer pays off your loan, the asset appreciates in value, rents go up as a hedge against inflation and it's a hard asset that should not go down to zero value.

Rent a nicer house than you would buy for now and buy the toys later.I've seen so many people put their house, cars, boat and holiday home on the asset side of their ledger and they "feel" rich.

As a kid I was always fascinated by real estate but it wasn't until last year when I read "Rich Dad Poor Dad" that I learned the benefits of owning assets like Real Estate.

I'm a firm believer that your first few deals probably won't make you rich financially, per se, but definitely rich in knowledge and experience.

He told them because no one wants to get rich slowly.

From there I got influenced by Rich Dad Poor Dad and various other youtubers. 

I get it I love my family too but you can still love them when you become rich.  

I know I am not going to get rich of of this deal, I just hope to not lose any.
