If you aren't requiring background checks for someone simply because they aren't a citizen, then you shouldn't require them for people claiming to be citizens.Treat all people equally.

People aren't that dumb, they can see the potential.

That said, I can't help but recommend it to people I meet who want to get involved and do what I'm doing, because they provide a business system that works. 

Any other ways stressed people can come up with.
