Hey everyone I have a offer of 25000 that was accepted and it’s not in the greatest area the few houses around it seem fine but after you go down the next block it doesn’t feel so safe.

I was going to flip it, but decided to keep it since it was on a home owner block and it was semi-detached.

@Bjorn Ahlblad For the outside solution I was planning on digging a trench around the perimeter of the house, installing PVC drain pipe and a sump pump, and then backfilling.I don't know if this is the right solution or not.

If it has the iron/metal drain pipes under sink then they tend to corrode with rust and then collapse when you get water turned on, which means you now have to replace all of that with PVC. 

My question is, do i spend $50k on the basic pool in back yard or buy club house with everything for $50k, its only about 1 block away from our house.

I get a ton of telephonic solicitations from folks claiming to be HML, I just block the number and move on.
