Doesn't matter if it's the cheap cut or Spillmaster Gold, after 5 years of tenants it is going to look rough.

But from what I can see, the Phelan style is still the "gold" standard for foreclosures mills.

Again, this is where an attorney who specializes in asset protection will be worth their weight in gold. 

If landlord moves it, the tenant will show up with a lawyer and ask what you did with the millions of dollars worth of diamonds and gold they were storing in the house. 

I sold one asset (gold coin) valued at $500.00 to become a mentor where you can receive commissions for promoting "pooled" real estate investing.

A good property manager who actually looks out for the owners profit, etc is worth his/her weight in GOLD!

Now… to get guests to know it's not gold stored in there to prevent their break-in attempts ;-)
