BiggerPockets has been a great resource for me but i just couldn't figure out if those follow up classes would provide me with something that bigger pockets could not.

Does it make sense to leverage our duplex to scale into a bigger multifamily?

I once saw a question here that asked "how much money has Bigger pockets made you?"

The wholesaler notes the septic tank is too small and needs to be replaced with a bigger one but hasn't done any investigating past that note.I think I need to find out if the permit matches what was actually installed and if not, can I get it permitted correctly?

I thought many Bigger Pockets members may be interested in seeing the Q's & A's and may even want to ask themselves these questions as a foundation for what many college students are learning today. 

I'm not looking to fund transactions, necessarily and I have some partners I'm working with who are already in the business.Of course as I build this, I'll move into bigger deals because I'll have more capital reserves.

I currently have 3 properties in one LLC (call it LLC A) and am beginning to think down the road in regards to raising money and bigger deals etc. 

When doing research on flipping, I came across Bigger Pockets and it has opened up a whole new world for me!

I discovered Bigger Pockets through listening to a couple of podcast episodes and now am starting to browse the forums to get a better understanding of how I can start to branch out into more real estate investing.
