You will get a lot of opinions on whether to own in your personal name vs. the LLC - be aware though that if you transfer them to your LLC now, you will trigger transfer tax which can be quite substantial.Going forward it would certainly recommend setting up LLCs to purchase your properties.

If living there is still on the table it sounds like a good option to stay and enjoy the position you're in, with a lower interest rate (depending how/when it will adjust), rather than entering this tough market with higher prices and rates, where buying a similar house will have a much higher monthly payment.

If you aren't familiar with the Orlando area here are a few things to think about.Disney is always a draw both for employees and visitors.Universal's new park is set to open in the summer of 2025, this will not only bring a new flood of tourists to the area but set to bring in 15k-20k new full time jobs.Orlando is currently trying to fix its traffic situation with express lanes being installed between Orlando to Tampa, expanding the International Airport and working on the final leg of the express train system from Orlando to Tampa.
