I'd do a search on low cost of living growth (GDP and/or population) markets, if I was you Jerry. 

Do a property search and choose residential and change property style to mobile w/o land.

I actually found my broker here on BP so once you choose a market, definitely set up some keywords and run some searches to find who is active in the area.

A week or two before I had a title company due a search and they found an existing mortgage on the property from the owners for $71k that is in foreclosure. 

There is a show on TV where guys go searching for ginseng in several parts of the U.S.
