I need some occasional help maintaining my wordpress website.

Tried searching the forum for this answer... couldn't find exactly what I was looking for.My business partner and I want to buy our first vacation home property in a neighboring state-- we would stay in it very occasionally, but it's main usage would be as a short term rental.We would like to take advantage of a vacation home mortgage and 10% down, but are having a difficult time figuring out a way to do that with joint ownership.

I have rentals, loan money, fix and flip and occasionally wholesale. 

These single hit deals are what keep us in business and allow us to be around long enough to hit the occasional home runs.

Throughout all of the above occasionally convert investment properties into your primary residence and create the mechanism to siphon off part of the deferred tax using the primary residence tax free exclusion of sec 121.7.

I personally don’t do much seller financing besides the occasional promissory note outside of closing.

I get my info online here, but I do occasionally go to the office, just to keep my face in front of the clerks.

But occasionally my gut is wrong so I thought it worth asking the gallery.

I get 10 yellow letters a week .. occasionally I call one if I am board and listen to the poor person try to spit out how they are going to pay cash for my asset  LOL.... pathetic really.what ever happened to learning a craft and an industry...

When I occasionally look at some of my units on there I typically have to laugh fairly hard.
