If you have a good cleaner, your business is going to have the ability to be successful.

I would not be here without joining mentorship groups back in 08 and learned the business.

But I want to learn how to invest in real estate as a business.

It has a tenant facing portal where tenants can pay their rent, which the app deposits into our account the next business day (even though ACH payments do not regularly settle for 4 days!).  

STR Achievement Unlocked: I have a business partner who has an AI bot filling last minute vacancies on FB and, because sometimes it was too late for the canceling guest to get a refund, he sometimes runs occupancy above 100%. 

But my business partner who has a sales background has brought in $25M. 

Rather than wasting it or leaving it in a bank account I'm interested in starting my own investment business to supplement my real estate sales. 

I have completed renovation on one side and running a small business out of that side.

I don't have any business accounts to keep separate, should I?
