I am only home for one weekend a month so I do not think having a roommate will bother me.As far as my job, I plan on staying at least a few years, but it is one of those jobs that tomorrow is not guaranteed because you are responsible for so much.

I'm interested in buying a house in the tax auction and checked out some properties last weekend.

I am actually going to look at this property this weekend and then decide if I want to make an offer or not, so there is no closing date as of yet.

I'm meeting with an owner this weekend to negotiate for another one as well, that's how much I believe in the area.With that said, it's a street-by-street thing but I think this area is going to turn. 

My partner, @David Pupo and I officially became CFRI members over the weekend, and are really looking forward to attending the more specialized meeting groups.

After running several pro forma scenarios, I’m highly confident that this property will cash flow after rehab.I’m going back with both my contractor and electrician (both of whom are family members offering some of their precious time) this weekend to inspect the home and prepare a fair market estimate/scope of work.

Thanks for the offer @David Oldenburg, I am still waiting for a weekend time meetup for the Roseville folks.  

But I figure that if i can at least rent out most if not all the weekends for the next few months in advanced, I'll at least be able to cover my mortgage and I would still be positive cash flow at the end of the year.Secondly, up untill now I've been turning over the units myself to save on the added housekeeping costs.

I came into Bigger Pockets doing research prior to attending a real estate seminar this past weekend, and my eyes were opened to the wealth of knowledge that this site and its community offers.
