I'd suggest spending some time in the forums everyday so you can learn and interact with people that have different levels of experience.  

I am not originating and everything I buy is handled 100% by a licensed servicer, so at no time do I have interaction.

It pulls listings from the MLS every 15 mins, is fully customizable, interactive, and you can make comp adjustments easily.

What a great use to technology to allow for even more interaction between BP members and other investors as well. 

There are lots of wildlife sanctuaries, check out Payne's Prairie for up-close and personal gator interaction.

Everytime we leave (we have shared entrances before you enter the unit) He comes out with the kids to talk to us, like hes waiting for human interaction.

I agree, 90% of investors would not make that move but even prior to you and I interacting, I shared a similar mindset.

By the time you're actively looking for property managers you'll have already had experience with a real estate agent, loan officer, home inspector, & likely a contractor, workers whose livelihood is based upon clients like you, so you'll know how to manage your interactions with a potential property manager and how to assess whether or not they will be a good fit in providing the services you're looking for.Good luck!

Not sure about the day to day interactions of an agent, but I'm sure some will come across properties and sellers through their network where going straight to the MLS is not a viable option.
