my take on it is they should do a small roll out based on need.. to just end it is the reason it keeps getting extended.. if they were more proactive and had a slower roll out the tenants rights people would have less to argue..

Here are my thoughts:- The CDC argued in front of the Supreme Court that there was no need to end the eviction moratorium because it was ending soon and they would not be extending it.

If the COA declines to sign a release the SA is not going to argue the law with the COA rep but is going to advise the buyer and seller what is required to issue a policy w/o exception for the matter.I purchased a condo in FL at a HOA foreclosure once, Fl is a JF state.
