Disney staff or exec accommodations? 

At my previous brokerage, we had an "underwriter" on staff that would analyze the deals that were submitted, but I was trained to never rely on his (or anyone else's) analysis.

Key it to hire in the proper staff so you don't get burnt out. 

Remember to choose what best fits your current company set-up and to try other options for agencies/sites before completely shutting down the idea of hiring virtual staff.

I really enjoy the PM - he's responsive, has a good team of handymen and a couple full-time rehab teams on staff (necessary given the state of the properties we inherited in the trust), and keeps me in the loop on what's going on with the properties.

Those which haven’t, have started to “direct staff to create a timeline” ….Originally, I had Palm Springs slated as a second phase expansion for my airbnb portfolio out of San Diego, because I love the city, and it’s a 2 hour drive.

And keep in mind, your primary job with staff is to give mission objectives, define parameters, and empower there capability to achieve victory.

Also many don't qualify income wise....so then you are looking at taking guarantees....and in the end, even if you have a guarantee if it is 3-4 students living together paying $2000/month and 3 of the 4 move out, how willing do you think the parents of #4 are to pay out the lease for the 3 that move out.I think I'd be looking for grad students, professors, university staff or other people working in the area....but everyone has a different model and many models can work.
