Hello All, I've worked in chemical and pharmaceutical manufacturing as a Lab Operator and a Pilot Plant Operator and am currently working my W2 job while also working as a Real Estate Agent with plans to quit my W2 and transition into Real Estate full time as an agent/investor in San Antonio,TX .

I agree, the more doors I acquire I think it would be a smart move to transition into a packaged software!

One of the amazing benefits pad ownership creates for the homeowner OWNING the pad is that their homes can transition from Chattel to Real Estate.

Does anyone have any advice or direction that they would like to offer… At the very least I would love to chat with anyone who share their own experience of this transition.

A transition will take a LONG time, and even then oil and gas is critical for many everyday products and the global economy. 

I just received my Florida Real Estate License and, as excited as I am to start this new chapter in my life, I'm having some trouble figuring out how to transition from a standard 40 hour job to becoming a Realtor.
