8am--headed to the newly acquired and renovated rental property for some final 'fix it' items: repair window, connect gas stove, mount hand rail for basement stairs, pick up fridge, and meet guy who is building egress covers and ladders.Oh yeah, forgot to mention that it is our first real snow storm of the winter-8 to 10 inches.

If you find something wrong with the books and negotiate concessions before spending on inspections and other items then you at least know before dropping a ton of coin that the seller wants to play ball.No legal advice

This 4th leg involves a lot of things (some tedious some more involved) but I think that dropping the ball on anyone item can be the loss of a good buyer.You may want to find an agent that will let you do a hybrid model between full service listing and an MLS listing.
