Using burner or Google Voice or any other means of a number that does not trace back to you is all fine and good, but what happens when a city official is trying to teach you and realized your number is not traceable and calls you as an interested party that wants to sell you his house and wants to meet and then hands you a violation and fines you.?

Now if only we could teach you to properly tag on BP ;-) 4) @Germain Mopa my last thought is that I share @Nick Fitzpatrick and @Michael Dumont II's concern that "I can't get a loan because the property is a duplex" doesn't make a lot of sense to me based on past deals, especially when your buyer has a sizable amount of funds for a down payment.
