Grey does not sound like a popular color, but if you look up popular colors with renters it actually stands out or at least the right shade does to make the interior stand out against other apartments that are doing white or beige interiors. 

If it is still in good shape, I'd try to rent it as-is and see if it will lease-up with no more money laid out (at this time).Tell me you think its a class B, I'll tel you it has a free standing stove with no range-hood and a 1950's exhaust fan in in the ceiling, as well as circa 1958 stain color single panel doors.

The sad answer is that their demand has been declining because of two reasons: (1) Though my building is close to 2 hospitals, younger MDs are choosing to colocate within the hospital over buying/leasing their own space because hospitals are subsidizing space to lure doctors (2) The town has been in transition to a lower middle class town with flight of caucasian families to neighboring towns and their replacement by families of color.

Looks awesome, I love the bright colors, wallpaper and murals.

With a color for each key it makes managing keys a lot easier.
