Hello,For Massachusetts landlords or possibly other states as well, what procedures do you all follow if a TENANT on a month to month basis gives a landlord a 30 day notice that they will be leaving, but they don't actually leave at the end of the month?

If an eviction moratorium is in effect, that doesn't preclude you from filing the appropriate notices and following the proper procedures to get all the way to the doorstep of eviction.

So i saw alot of videos on youtube of guys that have like 25 units in first year or some crazy numbers like that but often they dont explain loan procedure so i would like to someone to explain it to me if can.

If they can not or will not provide that I would let them know you will be going to the state real estate commission to file a complaint if they do not make things correct.Next I would be careful starting a business that is so litigious and process / procedure driven just because you have a bad business relationship.
