I think the investor was struggling with too many properties and insufficient help to finalize the projects, which was understandable. 

If you have a contractor that really understands how a spreadsheet and investment properties go, and is willing to install products you already have.

It's always smart to talk with others active in your market to get a real understanding of the local situation. 

Most people build their own management companies or self manage as PM are hard to find for MHP.
