I'd rather you have a single family home in Waco, Belton/Temple, somewhere on the I-35 corridor than an out of state duplex in a stagnant market with little to no population growth.

This is an existing tenant, no tenant search required, literally just the legal process of negotiating a new lease and signing it.

No, I think it is their self described "band of scrappy bankers and engineers" actually just trying to create a white label service where the QI has no liability and no effort to expend other than holding the money in some account doing heaven only knows what to make their profit.  

you can form a little mastermind of folks doing the same thing and support each other.it just doesn't make sense for folks with no experience to partner.good luck

I am the custodian (no 3rd party custodian) and beneficiary of both entities and can invest from either as I choose.

Hey Carlo, no question is dumb.I own and self manage one LTR, the mortgage is currently in my name (I'm considering refi into trust) but I currently have all things (banking/finances, lease, etc.) run through a single member LLC. 

Not sure why when I'm searching for something and the first results are ones that pop up from 8 years ago and have no replies...
