What I am struggling with right now is trying to find a broker to hang my license in their office.

Hello all,I am going to get my real estate license - wondering the least expensive way to hang my license?

I don't really have a desire to hang sheetrock again!!

Its a strong rental area I just don't know if I should hang onto it. 

It certainly isn't fair for her to have that hanging over her head if she has been in compliance with her lease the entire time.The lease carries with the property, in almost every state, so the new landlords should have to honor it, but she really should consult with an attorney in her area.

So I understand real estate and construction but I'm really looking to basically "hang out" with someone who does this full time.

My suggestion would be to talk to a local broker that you are considering hanging your license with and ask him/her what areas of the course material may carry a greater importance in your state.
