There's so many catalysts for population and job growth (Intel, Honda, Amazon, Nationwide Hospital, etc).

Was this a local credit union or one that would deal with people nation wide?

We still have very low inventory nation wide and it's quite likely if you buy right the home will be worth a lot more, especially with forced appreciation. 

@Thomas Bidwell In my experience, if you're more than a couple hours away, you might as well open your search up nationwide because you aren't going to head out to a property a few hours away if some maintenance issue occurs.
